Felix collapsed forward, only barely having enough control over his body to lift himself up and disengage their bodies before he sank bonelessly onto the bed, half draped over Shannon and half at his side. He was hot and damp and sticking everywhere his skin touched Shannon's, but he didn't care.
"Stay," Felix answered, equally soft, both a request and a confirmation. Through veiling lashes, he watched Shannon's face, the light in his eyes. He might have been bothered with Felix for this turn-about in their usual roles -- swift where Shanno preferred to tease and play, demanding when he was usually accepting -- but he did not seem so. Instead, Shannon seemed deeply content. More than that... the word that came to his muzzy mind was besotted. "Am I forgiven?"
